Silver Needle Tea is a delicate high grade white tea consisting of only the top buds, giving it a taste reminiscent of refreshing sweet melons. Picked on sunny mornings when any moisture has dried from the night before, the buds are laid out to dry and wilt under the sun. It is known for its tender leaves covered with fine white hairs which contribute towards its sweetness and subtlety.
