This tea is produced in the Puerh region of Yunnan province where the rich soil gives the tea a rich earthy but smooth flavour. Puerh teas are picked from very old wild tea trees and are commonly left to mature for a number of years to increase their complex flavours. Due to the richness of the Puerh teas they are suitable for multiple infusions.
