The unique method used in making Mao Feng Tea produces a taste that is strong yet clean and refreshing. Grown around the Yellow Mountains of southern Anhui where the climate is humid and fog rolls off the steep rock faces. The long-lasting aroma is reminiscent of an orchid blooming; the leaves are young and tender with an emerald green colour.
