Grown on the Shizuoka slopes in the shadow of Mt. Fuji, this tea encapsulates the taste of Japan. When brewed it turns a clear chartreuse, and this reflects the subtle release of herbaceous astringency that we love from a great green tea. Overriding this, however, are mild hints of nori, and there are few better drinks to pair with a plate of sushi.

Love japanese Green tea.
This is gorgeous tea, it’s smooth and fresh and has a wonderful taste.
When I bought this Japanese Sencha tea a while back I wasn't that keen on it. Since then I have ended up addicted to green, oolong, puerh and herbal teas. To my surprise when I re-visited this Sencha tea I simply loved it. It tastes like a Japanese version of the fabulous Chinese Dragon Well (Long Jing) tea and costs less.
