I broke my teapot a few days after replacing the lid and HAD to replace it, I love it so much. As expected, it was despatched speedily and is as good quality as the last one. I raise my mug of tea to Chiswick with thanks. (And now have a spare lid and strainer. :-))
I bought a glass tea pot (350ml). It looks great, just right size for tea for one, and the coil filter works perfect. I’m happy to have this tea pot on my desk everyday!
Absolutely love this tea pot, it's the best I've seen out there having searched specifically for a glass one for a while now.
We have a medium sized glass pot that we like very much that makes two cups. I assumed this was 600ml so I ordered the 900ml pot. Alas, the two cup pot is the 900ml which sounds odd given that a cup of tea shouldn't be much more than 250ml. Anyway, we now have two teapots the same size. Rather than deal with the hassle of returning it we'll keep it as backup - they are glass after all. In general I think you should clearly indicate that the true volume isn't actually as much as the stated volume. JM2CW
I love this teapot and use it daily. Very good value for money.
Perfect for brewing 2 large cups and being able to see when tea is ready.
An elegant addition to any kitchen or dining room.
good quality glassware, value for money, quick and easy cleaning being dishwasher safe.
Nice little teapot for two cups of tea. Teapot shape is perfect for flowering tea as you can easy enjoy its beauty. A stainless steel removable wire coil filter is very useful part of the product. Glass seems too thin and fragile, though.
An elegant looking pot which pours beautifully. Coil filter isn't effective for fine teas but this is clearly stated in product description.
This is a great quality tea pot. It pours really well and the coil filter does a wonderful job. It also keeps the tea warm for a long time. I use a tea cup and the teapot allows me to get 4 delicious cups.
I treated myself to this beautiful glass teapot for my birthday.I have recently got into flowering yulan tea.Nothing sets it off better than watching these beautifully hand stitched flowers unravel into this stunning, glass teapot....
This is the second Devonshire teapot we have had great teapot pours really well no drips and looks good
Absolutely beautiful teapot - the glass and delicate curves give the pot an extra elegant and classy touch. I cannot stop making and trying different leaves.
Fantastic glass teapot which we use for brewing flowering jasmine blossoms. Perfect for showing the flowing blossom in its full glory. Sturdy design and beautifully finished. Highly recommended.
Quick delivery, excellent packaging. Perfect for blooming teas or any other large-leafed teas. Perfect size for two people
A good teapot made of a heat resistant pyrex type glass which comfortably holds enough tea for 3 cups. Being able to see the tea inside is convenient for judging the right amount of water to be added for the number of cups required. It pours well without spilling tea on to the table. After several months of use the glass is showing little tea staining, unlike the stainless pot it replaced. The clip on filter has been removed since it had a tendency to become unclipped by removal of the tea cosy and end up in the bottom of the pot. If you use tea bags, the filter has little or no purpose. This is a beautiful teapot, would recommend to anyone. It looks lovely, and although delicate, is still all intact! Sturdier than it looks I think... I've had this tea pot for over 6-7 months now, using it maybe 2-3 times each weekend. It makes a great cup of tea and the metal filter on the spout stops most of my tea leaves getting to the cup. While it is glass and feels very delicate, it's quite durable, with the exception of the little tab on the lid (the bit that stops it falling from the pot when pouring) which broke off within the first few days, but still completely usable. I was very pleased with the teapot, which I bought as part of a gift. I was delighted too that it was so beautiful - much better looking than it's on-line picture, which doesn't do it justice at all. Excellent delivery too. Read original review: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Glass-Teapot-Wire-Coil-Filter/product-reviews/B00EY9GXSG/ref=sr_1_4_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1
I love my new glas tea pot. It's so relaxing to just look at it while sipping my tea... and the coil filter actually works to keep the tea leaves in. Very happy!
Just received my teapot today and it is the envy of my office. Ordered it for the filter as it allows me to brew loose leaf teas. Perfect.
This makes using leaf tea much easier and less fiddly. It only lost a point because very small leaves are not filtered, though, the company do point out this will happen.
just recieved the teapot in super fast time, its perfect for flowering tea at a very reasonable price, extremely pleased thank you
