Refund policy

Please note all returns are handled through our online returns portal.

Please read the following information carefully before proceeding.

If you are unhappy with the product you have received you may return it within 30 days for a refund. We will refund the price of the product in full and standard delivery charges paid, extra premium delivery charges are non refundable. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We can only accept products returned in an unused as new condition with the original manufacturer's packaging.

If the product you have received is faulty you can choose whether you would prefer a replacement or receive a refund, we will send you a prepaid return label for the return of the product in this case.

We will process your refund to the same payment method originally used to pay for your purchase.
