Hibiscus flowers have a complex deep fruity flavour and are high in vitamin C, drunk hot or cold this tea is especially well known in the Caribbean and North Africa.
It is rich red in colour with a beautifully intense fruity flavour - hibiscus is in a category of its own and is believed to help reduce blood pressure.
